The study explored the Possibility of Creation of a Cooperative in the Scope of the Sex Profession. The general objective of the investigation was to analyze the feasibility of creating labor cooperatives for prostitution as a viable form in the Brazilian legal system, study on the importance of regulating the profession of sex. The nature of the study is descriptive, the method used was the deductive method, the procedure method was exploratory and the system used for data collection, the bibliographic. The results have shown that the workers who practice the oldest profession in the world suffer from too much prejudice from society, remaining vulnerable to public health issues, as well as not being guaranteed any of the social rights inherent in all human beings, regardless of equality. In this sense, the results showed that the cooperative could be a stable place for those involved, where the cooperative itself will elaborate the rules, distancing the sex worker from the figure of the agent and/or explorer, being relevant to ensure the formation of an awareness of their rights. The conclusions obtained indicated that, once legitimized to engage in prostitution positively, given that the Federal Constitution of 1988 addresses several principles that support the activity of sex, being considered lawful, sex workers can legally claim the rights conferred by law, just as they will have one more reason to fight for the end of the hostility of the profession by a society which ironically overestimates pleasure, but still refers to prostitution as taboo, censoring those who subsist.
