This conclusion paper has as a goal the analysis and the gathering of data regarding the current situation of the executive power in the city of Tubarão, as a theoretical basis to the elaboration of the architectural project of a new headquarters to the city hall. The theme of the project was chosen due to the current problematic in which the city’s secretariats and public agencies that provide public service are. Due to the distance between the agencies and secretariats the routines of processes, appointments and other activities ends up being affected and delayed. Another factor of great importance are the expenditures with rent in the accommodation of these secretariats and other agencies. With the implantation of a new headquarters of the city’s executive power, the public employees, in their respective secretariats, will be able to better perform their duties in a more worthy way and with more quality, also attending to the taxpayers at a more satisfactory capacity and reducing costs to the public administration.
