Resumo: This study aims to present the Passivhaus construction method and verify the feasibility of application to the Brazilian market and climate, as well as to describe in detail the Passivhaus method and the control parameters that involve its development. Finally, it was realized that this type of construction should prioritize the performance improvement fundamental to obtaining high quality and reduced costs through the choice of efficient processes and sustainable materials. Practices that seek to reduce waste and raise the quality of service for construction workers need to be planned to ensure environmental benefits and eco-efficiency.

Este trabalho se utilizará da metodologia de pesquisa exploratória e tem como objetivo proporcionar maior familiaridade com o assunto, torná-lo mais explícito. Por fim, percebeu-se que este tipo de construção deve priorizar a melhoria de desempenho fundamental para a obtenção de alta qualidade e custos reduzidos através da escolha de processos e materiais sustentáveis eficientes.
