This academic work aims to develop an architectural design of a multifunctional complex, which aims at the union of work, housing and leisure, in the Campeche neighborhood. Featuring a central courtyard, which joins existing buildings, with inviting ground floor, and the presence of cafes, restaurants, and shops. In the project were used materials such as metal, wood and glass. There is a special concern with the thermal comfort, present in the distribution of the blocks and in the prediction of mobile brises. As a factor of relevant interest, the present work was concerned with contributing to the neighborhood, providing social interaction, when designing an open, inviting, building with multiple functionalities, always prioritizing the pedestrians and offering security to the users.
