As is known, education in Brazil has been below each year, according to the quality of teaching or to the structure of the school environment that is offered. Nowadays, the government is very prey to the number of students present in the classroom and ends up leaving aside the issue of comfort, bringing negative information to students from the first year of life. In view of this, it was realized the need to insert a new educational institution that would supply the demand for students and the needs that a school should have in relation to its activities. Therefore, this research aims to insert a municipal school complex for children and elementary education in Santa Rosa de Lima city - SC, which suffers from the lack of space to expand its school environments.
