The construction market is constantly evolving due to the technologies that in a short period of time undergo improvements in which they help the best performance of the "maestros" in the construction in which it has its called denomination of engineers. With the economic crisis increasingly evident in Brazil, it is vitally important to control costs and expenses in a construction project, and to have such control, a pre-budget of the project is necessary, but with technological building was created a new concept called Building Information Modeling (BIM). This concept is already in force in the best civil construction software that works with the information projected from 3D to 5D. This work consists of affirming that an architectural project correctly modeled by Revit in a software that works with the BIM concept, with the help of the tool can extract reliable information for the pre-budget of an enterprise besides already having the same modeling in the technology 3D. With this information extracted and worked on and applied in a filter by Excel software it is possible to transcribe solid and reliable information to the final software that will informally inform the investor of the cost of the project through the pre-budget.
