Resumo: Open innovation, despite being a new model of innovation management, is shown as a viable alternative for maintenance and expansion of knowledge, value capture and business sustainability. It is the combination of internal and external ideas as well as internal and external paths to market to advance the development of new technologies in products and processes. The dissemination of ideas through an open innovation platform allows innovation is not just the R & D sector responsibility and technology company, taking advantage of the talents and different views of the external field. This study aims to develop a collaborative web platform that allows organizations to enable open innovation processes. It was observed that the proposed platform has a view that promotes open innovation by using external expertise to assist in the development challenges and fostering entrepreneurship, research and development, partnership university-industry, among other measures.

É a combinação de ideias internas e externas, como também, caminhos internos e externos para o mercado, de modo a avançar no desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias em produtos e processos. A divulgação de ideias por meio de uma plataforma de inovação aberta permite que a inovação não seja apenas de responsabilidade do setor P&D e da tecnologia de uma empresa, aproveitando assim os talentos e diferentes visões do campo externo. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver uma plataforma web colaborativa que permita que as organizações viabilizem processos de inovação aberta.
