Resumo: The present study approaches as its theme the generated expectations about the institute of telework, mainly after the edition of the Law 13.467/2017, and its effects in the Brazilian juridical order. This bibliographical search was done by the deductive method, in qualitative way, basing on theoretical foundation, presenting analysis about the mode of work about the purposed theme, with the aim to give more understanding about the practical application of the theoretical topics. The results of the observing / facing of the presented theoretical foundation with the realized modification by Law 13.467/2017 were obtained by right ways and they were related in topics to possible the reader`s view for posterior critical opinion about the exposed arguments. It ends, hoping the use of the present material for deeper search about the purposed theme, that the mode of subordinated distance work (telework) is an institute which, even recent, is consolidated in Brazilian juridical and social scenarios, it is up to the jurist to analyze about the rights and duties modified by the Labor Reform.

A presente pesquisa bibliográfica foi efetuada pelo método dedutivo, de forma qualitativa, com base em fundamentação teórica, apresentando análise sobre a modalidade de trabalho proposta, com o escopo de proporcionar maior entendimento quanto à aplicação prática dos pressupostos teóricos existentes. Os resultados da observação / confrontação da base teórica apresentada com as alterações realizadas pela Lei 13.467/2017 foram obtidos de forma idônea e relatados em tópicos para possibilitar a visualização do leitor para posterior opinião crítica sobre os argumentos expostos.
