Resumo: The practicability and the quality increase of materials of civil construction have been prioritized by the current market. In his strand, the use of the specified mortar has been increasing in construction work across the country. It has several advantages, which justifies the good acceptance in the market. The referred material is a cement-based wet mortar that can be used within 72 hours after its processing. Multiple additives are incorporated in the trace to modify it chemically and maintain its simultaneous functionality. The present work foresees the evaluation of the tearing tests of the mortar being executed in an enterprise based in Florianópolis. In this evaluation, all steps in the system of sealing are explained, as well as factors that may influence its resistance. For analysis of the characteristics and performance of coating mortars in hardened state, trials must be conducted using the standards of ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards). The analysis is a requirement of the PBQP-H works management system that is implemented in the company. As a base, the adhesion tests performed in one of the group's works will be used, but NBR 13749/1996 requests that for the mortar to be approved it must pass the pullout, plumb, level and planar tests, in addition to a uniform visual appearance. The other aspects were analyzed but are not part of this. Based on the results obtained through the pullout tests performed in the project, the inefficiency of the mortar in this case study is perceptible.

Nesta vertente, a argamassa estabilizada vem aumentando seu emprego nos canteiros de obra ao longo dos anos em nosso país. A mesma apresenta diversas vantagens, as quais justificam sua boa aceitação no mercado. Tal material trata-se de uma argamassa úmida, à base de cimento, que pode ser utilizada em até 72 horas após sua usinagem. Para manter a mesma trabalhável por este período são utilizados diversos aditivos que quando incorporados ao traço a modificam quimicamente. O presente trabalho tem como tema a avaliação dos testes de arrancamento da argamassa em um empreendimento da Grande Florianópolis. Para tal avaliação é explicada todas as etapas do sistema de vedação e fatores que podem influenciar em sua resistência. Para avaliação das características e desempenho das argamassas de revestimentos em estado endurecido, deverão ser realizados os ensaios específicos previstos em normas da ABNT (Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas). A análise é uma exigência do sistema de gestão de obras PBQP-H que está implementado na empresa. Como embasamento será utilizado os testes de aderência realizados em uma das obras do grupo, porém a NBR 13749 / 1996 solicita que para a argamassa estar aprovada ela deve passar nos testes de arrancamento, ter prumo, nível e planeza, além de aspecto visual uniforme. Os outros aspectos foram analisados porém não fazem parte deste.
