Resumo: This Course Conclusion Paper aims to present a review of the jurisprudence of the electricians and electricians sector, their special pensions guaranteed by the Federal Constitution of 1988 and an overview of accidents caused by electric current from 2010 to 2017 through an observational study of ecological, descriptive, with secondary data research in databases of accidents at work of the Social Security and the National Electric Energy Agency, and bibliographic research with emphasis on the jurisprudence that guides special social security rights and benefits in the area of health and safety in the workplace. job. The results obtained from the study show an increase in accidents of electrical origin, categorized by ICD W85, W86 and W87, as well as accidental and sickness aids in the sector. In times of Social Security reform, it is important to ascertain and evaluate the characteristics peculiar to the activities of the electricity sector and their risks, which include rights that mitigate the indisputable danger of the tasks of this professional group.

Os resultados obtidos a partir do estudo, mostraram um crescimento dos acidentes de origem elétrica, categorizados pelos CID W85, W86 e W87, assim como os auxílios acidentários e de doença no setor.
