The purpose of this monographic work is to analyze the best solution for the accountability of the infractions committed by adolescents as in the practice of heinous crimes. As for the level, descriptive research was used , since it sought to analyze the data without interference of the researcher. As for the method, the deductive was used, since it deduces that such a bill can help in the resocialization of the young offender. The approach used was the qualitative, and the procedure could be described as bibliographical. The results of this work demonstrate that the socio-educational methods applied by the Child and Adolescent Statute are not enough to solve the problem, and more effective means, such as the increase in length of stay, are necessary in cases of heinous crimes. It was concluded that the increase in stay time would be a more viable means, since it would be a form of resocialization, through school education and vocational courses, on the other hand, it needs a bigger investment, to be able to satisfy the needs of the person in development.
