The present work proposes, from the analysis of the pathological manifestations diagnosed in the Municipal Center of Culture - Willy Zumblick Museum, in the city of Tubarão / SC, to prepare a recovery of the restoration of the edification for the execution of the future services. The project proposal developed here has the objective of meeting the need of the Municipality of Tubarão for a planning that presents budget, material to be used and manpower employed, as well as the solutions to be adopted in each type of pathological manifestation, among the found in the building in question. The study is based on the TCC - Analysis of pathological problems in a public structure located in the municipality of Tubarão / SC: A case study. Elaborate by Jonas Rodrigues Mendes and Thiago de Oliveira Cittadin, academics of the Civil Engineering Course of the Southern University of Santa Catarina - UNISUL. By contextualizing the intentional objectives of this work with the accomplishment of a case study, one can investigate the types of problems, thus allowing to identify their causes and to arrive at possible solutions for the repair. The work was carried out in four stages: I - Initially, in visits to the building, a reassessment of the pathological manifestations pointed out by Jonas and Thiago was carried out, verifying if they remained, and / or presented the same level of aggression . It was also observed that there were occurrences of new pathological manifestations, since according to stories provided by museum and construction workers of the city hall, there was no maintenance or repair of this period. II - Considered one of the most important of this study, measurements and quantifications of all the pathological manifestations found in the edification, both inside and outside were carried out. These data were used to compose the budget part. III - After obtaining the inventory and measurements of the pathologies, the recovery techniques proposed by Jonas and Thiago were analyzed. Within this analysis were verified the applicability and functionality of such techniques and it was also suggested the addition of other techniques capable of dynamizing the process of improvement of the described anomalies. IV - Based on all the data collected, SINAPI - National System of Cost Survey and Indices of Civil Construction was defined and DEINFRA - State Department of Infrastructure, to indicate the cost of recovery of the pathological manifestations pointed out in the construction on the date of the research. The proposal presents recovery techniques considered essential to recover the expected performance of the building, bringing the budget, as well as the materials to be used to carry out each activity.
