Resumo: This research had as general objective the knowledge about loads and dangerous articles and the risk of doing the air cargo of the same ones. This type of responsibility has caused some concern to the world civil aviation regulatory bodies, which is the requirement to create rules for the transport of people outdoors taking into account the occurrence of types of cargo. Characterized as an exploratory research with bibliographic and documentary procedures through books, articles, reports, regulations and laws. One approach used was qualitative. The analysis of the data was done through documents, manuals and websites, followed by a theoretical basis. At the end of a research, it concluded that ignorance, non-observation of safety limits along with training of accidents and professionals, is an important factor for the prevention of accidents and accidents in world civil aviation.

Este tipo de carga causou uma certa preocupação dos órgãos reguladores da aviação civil mundial, que reconheceram a necessidade de criar regras para o transporte seguro de artigos perigosos pelo ar após alguns acidentes decorrentes desse tipo de carga. Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa exploratória com procedimento bibliográfico e documental por meio de livros, artigos, reportagens, regulamentos e leis. A abordagem utilizada foi qualitativa. A análise dos dados foi feita por meio de documentos, manuais e sites, analisados de acordo com a fundamentação teórica.
