The purpose of the analysis is to analyze the outcome of Flight 447, a flight safety arbitration process. As a methodology of data collection, it was a bibliographical and documentary research with a qualitative approach. The whistle tube was the largest in the indication of any of the aircraft's plates, and this left the pilots very confused about the parameters. Air France, the United States and the United States have verified that safety is part and parcel of all the pilot's work. The theoretical basis was an official report on the subject of the contract, also some related articles as an event as well as the National Civil Aviation Agency of ANAC, a BEA Bareau d'Eneaktes et d'Analyzes pour la Sécurité Civil Aviation Agency, Handbook Operational Safety Management (MGSO), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Bureau of Civil Aviation Investigations and Analyzes, and the DECEA (Airspace Control Department) website that addresses operational safety. From the analysis of the data, it was possible to have a greater degree of understanding about what happened with the Air France aircraft as an important whole for the safety of operations around the world. In this way, the aviation professional should always be focused on the flight and always observe a standardization imposed by the aircraft manufacturer, manuals, company bulletins.
