This work aims to expose about implantology concepts, through a series of properties, methods, materials and techniques that will be described throughout the work. A great difficulty noticed today during implant surgeries, is the lack of bone tissue for implant placement, and it is up to the dentist to do all the necessary analyzes to demonstrate the viability or not of an implant. An alternative to solve this problem are bone grafts, which currently exist in the market, despite so many options available, the ones that have a higher success rate are Autologous grafts, where the donor and the recipient are the same species and individual. In addition to grafting, we also have grafting techniques such as bone densification, which is currently the most conservative grafting technique we offer, the technique is based on the promotion of bone grafting through bone densification caused by the compression of the material extracted at the time of osteotomy. It is in the professional's interest to always be improving and being on top of new techniques and always looking for the best way to be able to solve other methods, problems that are no longer new during treatment.
