Resumo: The purpose of this dissertation is revitalisation, which in a few words means giving a new life to the Walter Zumbkick and 7 de setembro squares in the city center of Tubarão/SC. The chosen area currently has segregated spaces, without a unit design and precarious furnitures, but it has a great potential to became a wide public space for leisure and well-being for the population of Tubarão and region. In front of the deficiencies found in the area with the diagnosis and the study of theoretical and projectual foundation, a new implantation was launched, providing a new aesthetic, use and structure for the Squares. After the study, a general project was developed, which will be deepened and detailed in TCC II.

After the study, a general project was developed, which will be deepened and detailed in TCC II.O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso tem como proposta uma Revitalização, que em poucas palavras significa dar uma nova vida ou vigor, para as Praças Walter Zumblick e 7 de Setembro, no centro urbano de Tubarão/SC. A área escolhida, atualmente, apresenta-se com espaços segregados, sem unidade de desenho e com mobiliários em situação precária, porém possui um grande potencial para tornar-se um amplo espaço público de lazer e de bem estar para a população de Tubarão e região. Perante as deficiências encontradas na área com o diagnóstico e mais o estudo de fundamentação teórica e projetual foi lançado uma nova implantação proporcionando uma nova estética, uso e estrutura para as Praças.
