Resumo: This Final Paper aims to present the most used construction methods in developed countries and from this, apply them in Brazil, more precisely in a building built in the region of Tubarão / SC. To achieve these objectives, a bibliographic research was carried out with the available literature on the theme, soon after, analyzes were made of the structural project, complementary projects and budget of the work carried out in the city. The proposed construction methods were divided into two parts, the first in steel frame, drywall and wood frame, and the second in structural masonry. The Structural masonry method proved to be the most efficient construction process for this building.

The Structural masonry method proved to be the most efficient construction process for this building.Este trabalho tem a finalidade de apresentar os métodos construtivos mais utilizados em países desenvolvidos e a partir disto, aplicá-los no Brasil, mais precisamente em um edifício construído na região de Tubarão/SC. Para atingir estes objetivos, foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica com a literatura disponível sobre o tema, logo após, foram feitas análises do projeto estrutural, projetos complementares e orçamento da obra realizada na cidade. Os métodos construtivos propostos foram divididos em duas partes, sendo a primeira em steel frame, drywall e wood frame, e a segunda em alvenaria estrutural.
