Resumo: This study seeks to first delineate the social context after the start of the pandemic by the new coronavirus. Establish the risks and means of contagion in the aeronautical environment. Demonstrate the impacts on aviation and the steps companies have taken to tackle the new coronavirus. Show the legal norms that emerged through the administrative police power of public entities in the fight against the corona and if these norms went beyond legal and doctrinal limits. Identify the possible legal disputes arising from those impacts, mainly in the aeronautical field related to the transport of passengers and the like. Keywords: Pandemic. Aviation. Estabelecer os riscos e meios de contágio no ambiente aeronáutico. Demonstrar os impactos na aviação e as medidas que as companhias tomaram para enfrentar o novo coronavírus. Mostrar as normas legais que surgiram através do poder de polícia administrativo dos entes públicas no combate ao corona e se estas normas extrapolaram os limites legais e doutrinários.
