The theather is an artistic manifestation present in society since the earliest civilizations The Scenic Architecture, in turn, is understood as the spatial organization of a theatrical building For a long time, such buildings were imposing in the cities, being common to be accompanied of squares that characterized in the implantation important public spaces Over time, however, the theaters ceased to be urban landmarks, being built within executive centers and shopping malls and with the parking replacing what was once occupied by green areas and recreation In view of this scenario, the following Conclusion Paper presents the theoretical basis for the elaboration of an architectural and landscape design project for a theater and an urban park in the city of Tubarão Santa Catarina In the following chapters, the methodology, the theoretical references, the project references and the area diagnosis are presented to better understand the theme and to analyze the proposal's location Finally, the party is presented, containing the first draft of the project
