This research proposes a discussion about the contributions of studies on fatigue and its relationship with aeronautical accidents and incidents, especially regarding the main causes of fatigue and its possible consequences on the operational safety of the flight, in order to understand the need to adopt measures. effective in managing the risk of fatigue by preventing or even avoiding possible tragic facts. The overall objective was to analyze the possible consequences that crew fatigue may have on the operational safety of the flight. It was adopted as methodology, in relation to the objective, the descriptive research, with qualitative approach. As for data collection, it is a bibliographic and documentary research. From the analysis of the data, it was verified that the crew fatigue can bring possible consequences for the operational safety of the flight, because, in the state of fatigue, many factors can contribute to accidents, minor, serious or even fatal, such as long days during the day, multi-day schedules, morning or early take-off, late night take-offs, long stops during the flight, work routine that requires the performance of various functions. Therefore quality of life programs and flight safety protocols must be followed to ensure greater travel safety. Keywords: Fatigue. Crew. Accidents Flight safety.
