Plastic Tubes are widely used for Cosmetic, Food, Pharmaceutical and Industrial Sectors, as they provide flexibility to the right extent for the use of products. Regardless of the Business Sector, when a Costumer is negatively impacted due to non-quality product deliveries, negative reactions are generated throughout the production chain, such as image loss, return and replacement costs, delivery delays, machine stops etc. The general objective of this Course Completion Work is to analyze a database in order to detect nonconformities to define the relation degree between them in Quality Deviations, through the implementation of the Bird Pyramid. Seeking out define what the relations in the Pyramid should be and what is the order of importance, it is necessary to evaluate within the production chain the impact caused by a defective product both in the client and the producer. Once defined the relation, is of great importance to define the position of the company in front of the stipulated steps, establishing a working method for each one, aiming to reduce this relation as much as possible and avoiding risks with the client by damage them delivering a non-compliant batch. From the foregoing it can be concluded that the specific objectives of analyzing the database, detecting nonconformities and defining the classes of nonconformities have been satisfactorily achieved, since it was possible to perform them consistently to the production process of the company. Nevertheless, the objective of establishing the proportion rate, although it was possible to draw a relation, may be at odds with the reality of the company motivated by constant changes during the study period. Finally, the objective of establishing a working method was satisfactory for the first three classes of the Pyramid, yet it is necessary to develop the working method for the Human Factors.
