Resumo: The proposal suggests the implementation of the flexible permeable pavement for the purpose of reducing the problem of flooding in urban perimeters, contextualized with theoretical principles of alternative paving and drainage systems, aligned with the dynamics of the urbanization process in urban centers. This paper aims to , parameters of the conventional system were analyzed, and due to the study of possible combinations and/or materials, it was defined that the proposed system would be complemented with the introduction of lubricating oil packaging at the base of the permeable pavement, as a way to contribute to the structural functions of the permeable pavement and deliberate a model with integrated environmental conceptions. This is achieved, After modeling the proposal, we analyzed the feasibility of applying the system in the main strategic points of the city of Tubarão/SC, considering that the city has a history of high rainfall index and geological and/or hydrological guidelines that allow the incidence of flooding and/or flood phenomena. To conlude this survey, in a theoretical way, the possible hypotheses were described by applying the proposed system, and its respective prototype, together with a mathematical model to complement the dynamics of the structured model.

Primeiramente, analisou-se parâmetros do sistema convencional e, em decorrência do estudo de possíveis combinações e/ou materiais, foi definido que o sistema proposto seria complementado com a introdução de embalagens de óleo lubrificante na base do pavimento permeável, como forma de contribuir para funções estruturais do pavimento permeável e deliberar um modelo com concepções ambientais integradas. Após modelar a proposta, analisou-se a viabilidade de aplicar o sistema nos principais pontos estratégicos da cidade de Tubarão/SC, tendo em vista que a cidade possui um histórico de alto índice pluviométrico e diretrizes geológicas e/ou hidrológicas que possibilitam a incidência dos fenômenos de alagamentos e/ou cheias.
