Resumo: The present work aims to promote a technical-economic analysis between two types of pavements: asphalt concrete and paver, for application in an urban allotment. The study was calculated on an avenue designed as the main street of the Lisboa III subdivision, in the municipality of São José. For the analysis, tests (CBR) were used to design the pavements using the DNER method for asphalt and ABCP for flagstone. Then, a cost survey (raw materials, labor, transportation) was carried out in order to verify which floor is the most economically advantageous through a comparative analysis and, from the result of the study, it can be stated that asphalt pavement is more attractive economically and at the speed of implementation.

O estudo calculou-se em uma avenida projetada como rua principal do loteamento Lisboa III, no município de São José. Para a análise, utilizou-se ensaios (CBR) para o dimensionamento dos pavimentos através do método DNER para asfalto e ABCP para lajota.
