In the Brazilian scenario, the residences destined to the students during the academic period are usually made available by the universities themselves, in the case of public universities, which present insufficient numbers of places by the demand of students. In view of this, academics look for conventional addresses, which end uplacking the adequate infrastructure to encourage studies, socialization and collective growth during this phase. This study presents a proposal with a more extensive approach of Housing Student to the neighborhood Trindade, Florianópolis, SC, as it seeks to provide students of the Federal University of Santa Catarina and other universities in the region, not only a physical space to live, places for studies, integration, sports practice, internal and external activities, aimed at contributing to the personal and professional training of users, as well as creating a dynamic space that can reflect in performance. The proposal includes a neighborhood park and an area of commerce and service to assist the other residents of the region, contribute to the development of the neighborhood and intensify the living among residents, neighbors, possible users and rescue the contact with the use of the neighborhood. green area.
