Sistematização da assistência de enfermagem para o centro cirúrgico do Hospital Regional de São José: uma proposta

Resumo: The Systematization of Nursing Care (SNC) comprises a process that aims to promote, maintain and restore health; should be performed under the supervision of nurses guided the technical and scientific knowledge of the profession. This perspective includes the SNC within the surgical center, which is conceived as a set of activities related to surgical practice. This study aims to evaluate the perception of the nursing staff of the surgical center on the NCS, with a view to preparing a care proposal. This is an exploratory-descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative approach with a questionnaire to the nursing staff acting in the operating room of the Regional Hospital of Saint Joseph, after the signing of the consent form. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and qualitative data based on the theoretical framework of Wanda de Aguiar Horta. As a result it was found that most of the participants are female (25), technicians in Nursing (18) and act mainly on general surgical center (19). Regarding the Nursing Process, 22 know what it is, but only 13 of them apply. Instruments were created history, diagnosis, plan of care and evaluation of nursing for the operating room, observing the needs of this sector and with reference to specific literature to date. We conclude from this study that even knowing the SNC, applies to a minority in the profession, and that a complicating factor is the lack of knowledge, since many professionals end up knowing and learning in everyday profession.

Nesta perspectiva se inclui a SAE dentro do centro cirúrgico, que se conceitua como um conjunto de atividades inerentes à prática cirúrgica. Este estudo tem como objetivo conhecer a percepção da equipe de enfermagem do centro cirúrgico sobre a SAE, com vistas à elaboração de uma proposta de cuidado. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratório-descritiva com abordagem quanti-qualitativa, com aplicação de questionário à equipe de enfermagem atuante no centro cirúrgico do Hospital Regional de São José, posterior à assinatura do termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido. Os dados quantitativos foram analisados através da estatística descritiva e os qualitativos com base no referencial teórico de Wanda de Aguiar Horta. Como resultados obteve-se que a maioria dos participantes é do sexo feminino (25), técnicos em Enfermagem (18) e atuam principalmente no centro cirúrgico geral (19). Em relação ao Processo de Enfermagem, 22 sabem o que é, porém apenas 13 o aplicam. Foram criados os instrumentos de histórico, diagnóstico, plano de cuidados e avaliação de enfermagem para o centro cirúrgico, observando as necessidades deste setor e tendo como referência literatura específica atualizada.
