Resumo: This paper presents a proposal for a permanent and temporary Nursing Home in the Campeche neighborhood, in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. Initially, it presents the current situation of the elderly and the increase in life expectancy, which promotes that a significant portion of the population needs establishments that meet the needs of care for the elderly. The project presented here offers thoughtful and adequate spaces that promote comfort and safety for a healthy aging, through well distributed and integrated environments. In order to achieve these objectives, the contextualization of the work takes place through research on the theme, reference analysis and the place of the proposal. Concluding on these topics, initial studies and the party proposal were prepared.

Inicialmente apresenta a situação atual dos idosos e o aumento da expectativa de vida, o que promove que uma parcela significativa da população, necessite de estabelecimentos que supram as necessidades de acolhimento para a terceira idade. O projeto aqui apresentado oferece espaços pensados e adequados que promovam conforto e segurança para um envelhecimento saudável, através de ambientes bem distribuídos e integrados. Com o intuito de alcançar estes objetivos, a contextualização do trabalho se dá através de pesquisas sobre o tema, análise de referenciais e do local da proposta.
