The Exchange and coin concept is former and one raised based in another. Innovation need for the barter archaic method was the mainly reason for the ascendence of the coin. The virtual currency came to innovate the field of investment and exchange models within the international financial system. The trajectory of virtual currencies is recent, after approximately 3 years of the creation of the first currency, there was in fact the generalized knowledge about it, and today, the values associated with the currencies vary based on the different existing models, and their means to guarantee security and encryption. According to the website Investing, there are currently about 2,400 virtual currencies with different values and growth expectations adapting to the various profiles of the investment market. The investor who is accustomed to the risks inherent in financial trading especially involving stocks and investments in general, knows that despite the risk, the crypto-coins represent an enormous profit and profit opportunity. The discussion and analysis will be made, basically in relation to the acceptance of the investor market and of the financial system in view of the regulation and models of use of the currency that is not the basic conventional form for investment, but the lack of physical and regulatory organs that to monitor, tax and ensure their credibility is the main factor in curbing the growing search for innovation within exchange models. The final opinion deals with acceptance in relation to security and demand, but the first is the most important, because a safe asset will obviously have greater demand than one that does not bring with it any security and ballast. The guarantee of the operation of the crypto-currencies is effective, taking into account the technological studies involved, and the demand is indisputable, mainly because we analyze the volume of purchase and sale of the asset in the furniture market and the profit margin involved.
