This job has the principal objective to understand what benefits can the implementation of a free airfare grant program provide people with disabilities along the negative and positive points for airlines and their users. The research had descriptive nature, with case study and with both qualitative and quantitative approach. A data collection has made in two stages: first of all a semi-open questionnaire was applied to the passengers and public present at the Doctor Leite Lopes Airport, and in the second stage the application of an open questionnaire to people that works at the Airport Customer Service, airport operational companies and Line Station Managers of the companies Azul and Latam. At the end of the research we can conclude that social inclusion implies on active participation with the social group based on respect for individual diversity and cultural plurality of all. So the study for benefits and rights for people with disabilities is fundamental importance for all, not just the beneficiary who is the disabled, but for all. Therefore, there is a need to expand studies and research to build social and political relations with regard to the rights of people with disabilities in air transportation, developing future studies to ensure the right and provide improvements in both Laws and regulations currently employed in aviation.
