Análise Técnica e Econômica para Autossuficiência Energética da Ponte Anita Garibaldi, em Laguna/SC

Resumo: | This work aims to present an economically viable solution for the supply of electricity for the lighting of the Anita Garibaldi Bridge, in Laguna/SC. As secondary goals, the history of Laguna, its bridges and its geographical importance for trade and for the development of the region are presented. Furthermore, it also sought to know the obstacles that hinder the supply of energy to the Anita Garibaldi Bridge and what energy generation technologies are available on the market, as well as their installation and maintenance costs. To achieve this objective, the bibliographic review (for the theoretical part) and the case study for the calculations and engineering part were used as methodology. As a result of the research, an economic feasibility study was prepared based on the budgeted values for each renewable energy source evaluated (wind, solar and hybrid). For being the most suitable approach for engineering/activity implementation projects, the payback methodology demonstrated that only the photovoltaic power generation system is economically viable for the project. According to this economic analysis, the financial return on investment will take place in 60.3 months after the project started, that is, just over 5 years, including monthly maintenance costs and estimated depreciation. Thus, at the end of this study, it is believed that the initial research objectives were all achieved. It was also verified that electrical engineering is very dynamic and provides new and better solutions every year, whether as new technologies or with new equipment or materials. As much as the energy solution of the Anita Garibaldi Bridge will be resolved soon, the generation of clean / renewable energy will always be an important topic of debate in academic rooms and society, leaving here the suggestion for further studies. |

Como objetivos secundários, apresentou-se a história de Laguna, das suas pontes e sua importância geográfica para o comércio e para o desenvolvimento da região. Também procurou-se conhecer os empecilhos que dificultam o fornecimento de energia para a Ponte Anita Garibaldi e quais tecnologias de geração energética disponíveis no mercado, bem como seus custos de instalação e manutenção. Para alcançar este objetivo, utilizou-se como metodologia a revisão bibliográfica (para a parte teórica) e o estudo de caso para a parte de cálculos e engenharia. Como resultado da pesquisa, foi elaborado um estudo de viabilidade econômica tendo como base os valores orçados para cada fonte de energia renovável avaliada (fotovoltaico, eólico e híbrido). Por ser o mais adequado para projetos de engenharia/implantação de atividades, a metodologia do payback demonstrou que apenas o sistema de geração de energia fotovoltaico se apresenta economicamente viável para o projeto. De acordo com esta análise econômica, o retorno financeiro do investimento acontecerá após decorridos 60,3 meses, ou seja, pouco mais de 5 anos, já inclusos os custos mensais de manutenção e a depreciação estimada. Assim, ao final deste estudo, acreditou-se que os objetivos iniciais da pesquisa foram todos alcançados. Foi verificado, ainda, que a engenharia elétrica é muito dinâmica e proporciona novas e melhores soluções a cada ano, quer seja com novas tecnologias, quer seja com novos equipamentos ou materiais.
