Resumo: The present study aims to study the institute of the alienation of parents, as well as its consequences and devastating effects on the children. Its purpose is to make explicit its identification data and, consequently, to present ways of combating the alienation of kinship rights with Law 12.318 / 2010 and its legal provisions. The methodology used was the bibliographical research. From that moment, it is faster to identify the practice of alienation easier treatment, along with the help of psychology and the judiciary. Finally, there is an association of legal psychology in the just application of Family Law.

Tem como objetivo explanar seus critérios de identificação e, por conseguinte, apresentar as principais formas de combater a alienação parental de acordo com a Lei 12.318/2010 e seus dispositivos legais. A metodologia empregada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica. Foi possível observar que quanto mais rápida for identificada a prática da alienação parental mais fácil será o tratamento, juntamente com a ajuda de profissionais da psicologia e do Poder Judiciário.
