Desenvolvimento de um sistema web para auxiliar no controle de estoque de merenda escolar

Resumo: | Currently, with the increasing globalization and competitiveness, companies are looking for different ways of implementing new technologies and organizational processes. Information Systems have stood out and become important in the development of management processes. In this sense, the search for innovative techniques in the area of inventory control has intensified in recent times, requiring the use of aid tools in order to obtain greater control of inventories. The present work aims to develop a functional prototype of a web system to manage the control of school lunches. The methodology used was through field research and bibliographic research, with a qualitative approach, with the objective of the exploratory method. The system was developed in order to fill the divergences related to the control of school lunch stock, it runs in the Client-Server format, with internet access as a basic requirement. The development process followed some steps defined as follows: system modeling, data modeling, system coding and user interface development. The main technologies used for the development of the systems were: JavaScript as a programming language, NodeJs as a JavaScript execution environment on the server side, React library for building the user interface and the PostgreSQL DBMS for creating the database. After development, the system was presented to potential users through an explanatory video showing its operation, along with credentials and a link to the system hosted in the cloud, on the Heroku platform. And, at the end, they answered a questionnaire for evaluation. The system was evaluated by people related to inventory management and control and with regard to the evaluation result, it can be said that it managed to achieve the proposed objectives, in view of the majority of the positive responses of the evaluators. Designed to facilitate the routine and exclude electronic spreadsheets, the system was well accepted. |

Os Sistemas de Informação vêm se destacando e se tornando importantes no desenvolvimento dos processos gerenciais. E nesse sentido, a busca por técnicas inovadoras na área de controle de estoque tem se intensificado nos últimos tempos, sendo necessário a utilização de ferramentas de auxílio a fim de se obter maior controle dos estoques. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver um protótipo funcional de sistema web para gerenciar o controle de estoque de merenda escolar. A metodologia empregada foi através de pesquisa de campo e pesquisa bibliográfica, com abordagem qualitativa, tendo como objetivo o método exploratório. O sistema foi desenvolvido visando suprir as divergências relacionadas ao controle de estoque de merenda escolar, o mesmo executa-se no formato Cliente-Servidor, tendo como requisito básico o acesso à internet. O processo de desenvolvimento seguiu algumas etapas definidas da seguinte forma: modelagem do sistema, modelagem de dados, codificação do sistema e desenvolvimento da interface do usuário. As principais tecnologias utilizadas para o desenvolvimento do sistemas foram: JavaScript como linguagem de programação, NodeJs como ambiente de execução JavaScript no lado do servidor, biblioteca React para a construção da interface com o usuário e o SGBD PostgreSQL para a criação da base de dados. Após o desenvolvimento, o sistema foi apresentado aos possíveis usuários através de um vídeo explicativo mostrando o seu funcionamento, juntamente com credenciais e link de acesso ao sistema hospedado na nuvem, na plataforma Heroku. E, ao final responderam um questionário para avaliação. O sistema foi avaliado por pessoas relacionadas à gestão e controle de estoque e no que diz respeito ao resultado da avaliação, pode-se dizer que o mesmo conseguiu atingir os objetivos propostos, tendo em vista a maioria das respostas positiva dos avaliadores.
