Resumo: Reinforced concrete is the most relevant constructive methodology in construction projects in Brazil and around the world. The technological control in the manufacture of concrete, and especially the control of rebars, guarantee the resistance, characteristics and quality of materials, enabling the construction of slender and large buildings, through projects developed in softwares, such as the Software Eberick. The softwares make it possible to analyze the second-order effects on the structure, such as wind and plumb, in parallel with the act of gravitational loads; and from the results obtained by the software, it is possible to make the global analysis of the structure, enabling the design of more flexible structures, with economy and security.The purpose of this work is to present the dimensioning of a structural project, of an existing multifamiliar building, in the software Eberick, located at Pagani District, in the city of Palhoça-SC. It presents the essential stages that every designer must consider to develop a project, as well as the insertion of the structure in the software. Also including the analyzes and challenges encountered during the elaboration of the project, exposing questions that elucidate the importance of softwares, the correct settings for the classification of the building, among other details. The work also addresses the difficulties that arose during the development of a structure of this size, exposing the structural solutions to the problems encountered and reporting the considerations about it.

O controle tecnológico na fabricação do concreto, e principalmente dos vergalhões, garantem a resistência, as características e a qualidade dos materiais, possibilitando edificar construções esbeltas e de grande porte através de projetos realizados em softwares, como o Eberick, que possibilitam fazer as análises dos efeitos de segunda ordem na estrutura, como o vento e o desaprumo, paralelamente as cargas gravitacionais atuantes; e a partir dos resultados emitidos pelo software, fazer a análise global da estrutura, possibilitando o dimensionamento de estruturas mais flexíveis, com economia e segurança. O intuito deste trabalho é apresentar o dimensionamento de um projeto estrutural no software Eberick, a partir do projeto arquitetônico de uma edificação multifamiliar pré-existente situada no bairro Pagani, no município de Palhoça; trazendo as etapas essenciais que todo projetista deve se ater para iniciar um projeto, o lançamento da estrutura, as análises e os desafios encontrados durante a elaboração, expondo questões que elucidam a importância do uso do software, as corretas configurações do mesmo para a localidade e o perfil da edificação em questão, entre outras particularidades.
