Resumo: This research aims to demonstrate the need for greater understanding and comprehension between air-traffic controllers and pilots on the questions of concept, vision and coordination, contributing to the awareness of these professionals. Therefore, we discussed the possibility of using the experience exchange models, non-formal communication and the philosophy of the Crew Resource Management model. A descriptive-exploratory research and applicability of knowledge is then conducted, based on articles related to aviation and other areas of knowledge, as well as specialized journals. The method used is the hypothetical-deductive that will establish hypotheses to solve the specific problem of interaction in a non-formal language, confirming or refuting the observation of experimentation. With these wisdoms observed, it turns out that the more air-traffic controllers and pilots learn about each other's experiences, the easier it is to recognize and discuss common interests.

Sendo para isso, discutida a possibilidade de utilizar os modelos de intercâmbios de experiências, comunicação não formal e a filosofia do modelo de Gerenciamento de Recursos da Tripulação. Realiza-se então uma pesquisa de natureza descritiva-exploratória e aplicabilidade dos conhecimentos, fundamentando com artigos relacionados à aviação e de outras áreas do conhecimento, além de revistas especializadas. O método usado é o hipotético-dedutivo que estabelecerá hipóteses para solucionar o problema específico de interação em uma linguagem não formal, confirmando ou refutando a observação da experimentação.
