Resumo: The climatology, through the human bioclimatology, constitutes an interestingstudy field to the public health. This interest becomes more important inthe current context of global climatic changes, therefore that the intensificationof the planetary climatic heating is an accepted fact mostly of citizensand scientists of the whole world. They will be able to cause considerableimpacts in the health of important parcels of the humanity; however theywill occur in sufficiently distinct way in the surface of the Earth. In the tropicalzone the alterations will be well less remarkable than those if to processin the mean and high latitudes. On the tropics, one gives credit, the transmissibleand the parasitic illnesses will find better conditions for its expansion, being that they will constitute one high risk in regards of the vulnerabilityof the majority of the population. Illnesses as it the affection wouldmalaria and dengue, amongst others, will be able to have its spaces extendedin latitude and in altitude, involving one number sufficiently high ofvictims in a next future.
