Resumo: ABSTRACT Objectives: to assess the attributes of Primary Health Care from the perspective of health professionals, comparing services in the Special Indigenous Health District and the Municipal Health Offices. Scores were categorized (≥ 6.6) - strong orientation and (<6.6) - low orientation. The chi-square and maximum likelihood test for crossover analysis. The comparison between professionals the Kruskal-Wallis Test. Results: a higher overall score was observed in the Indigenous Health District (7.2).
