Resumo: This article aims to prioritize performance indicators and metrics in na export chain in the ceramic sector. To this end, semi-structured interviews were used to map the product export process with the agents responsible. The research was conducted based on the application of the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR) logistics approach, a reference model for operations in the supply chain, allowing to systematically structure the studied export chain. From a bibliographic research, performance indicators and metrics were raised for the process in question, which, in turn, was segmented by the SCOR steps. In addition, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) multicriteria decision tool was used to prioritize the most relevant metrics for each of the process steps. Thus, the results obtained indicate that the ‘Deliver’ step (SCOR) is the most relevant for the process and the metrics related to the quality indicators obtained higher scores in the prioritization. Thus, this article offers support for the management of export chains in terms of performance evaluation.
