Resumo: | This article is based on a multi-case study conducted in three different companies located in the city of Panambi / RS. The main objective is to determine the predominant aspects of the learning process in organizations certified by ISO 9001:2000 intending to establishing a new paradigm, identifying procedures which, if better managed, could provide improvements in the company and reflecting its organizational performance. We applied a questionnaire consisting of five dimensions was applied in the companies certified by ISO 9001:2000. For the evaluation of responses, was individually applied a statistical descriptive in the companies A, B and C, where was verified that organizational learning is present within these organizations. The use of cluster analysis was crucial in identifying the most important variables in each group, which caused a reduction in the number of questions. After being certain relevant issues, was used the chi-square test to verify if they had a significant relationship. This test showed that organizational learning is actually present in companies, regardless of the activity in which it operates, although there is different perception with regard to organizational learning. |

O principal objetivo é determinar os aspectos predominantes no processo de aprendizagem, em organizações certificadas pela NBR ISO 9001:2000, como forma de estabelecer um novo paradigma, identificando procedimentos que, se melhor gerenciados, poderiam propiciar melhorias na empresa com reflexos no desempenho organizacional. Aplicou-se um questionário, constituído de cinco dimensões nas empresas certificadas pela NBR ISO 9001:2000. Para a avaliação das respostas, aplicou-se uma estatística descritiva às empresas A, B e C, individualmente, observando-se se a aprendizagem organizacional está presente nessas organizações. O uso da análise de cluster foi fundamental na identificação das variáveis mais importantes em cada grupo, o que proporcionou uma redução no número de questões. Após terem sido determinadas as questões relevantes, utilizou-se o teste de Qui-Quadrado para verificar se elas apresentavam relações significativas. Esse teste mostrou que a aprendizagem organizacional realmente está presente nas empresas, independentemente da atividade em que atuam, embora exista percepção diferente em relação à aprendizagem organizacional. Desse modo, o processo de aprendizagem, no ambiente de trabalho, engloba não só questões técnicas, mas também aspectos sociais e comportamentais que envolvem as competências humanas.
