This case report presents the aesthetic benefits of the rotational path removable partial denture in face of the characteristic challenges and limitations of this kind of prosthetic rehabilitation. The patient complained of instability and little retention of his removable partial dentures, besides the bad appearance of his smile, compromised by the exposure of a metallic portion of the upper framework and the fracture of the artificial maxillary left lateral incisor. For this arch, the rotational prosthesis allowed the placing of rigid components of the metallic framework at mesial undercuts of the canines, dispensing with facial retention clasps at these places. The authors intend to contribute for the diffusion of the technique, which requires high clinical and laboratory skills but affords satisfactory aesthetic results.
