Resumo: Objective: to present a new protocol for integumentary treatment with the Botulinum Peptide of the Meiskin Swiss System. Methods: demonstrate the New Protocol of complete dermis / epidermal treatment, of the Botulinum Peptide System from Meiskin Swiss, in 2 female patients, 61 and 62 years old. The three products: peptide concentrate dermoline, facial mask and homecare serum were indicated and applied in 5 sessions of gentle microneedling, applied in drug delivery with Dermapen and microneedles 0.5 mm deep in the epidermis, to sensitize the keratinocytes and melanocytes with the purpose of penetrating the dermis to sensitize fibroblasts and treat the skin. In all 5 clinical sessions, with an gap of 15 days, the epidermis was microneedled and the Cupra Marine mask was applied for 40 minutes; and, in the first session (D1); in the third (D30) and in the last (D60), Dermoline was dispersed in the patients' skin, 2ml in the first and 1ml in the third and fifth sessions, respectively. The product was aspirated with a 21G needle attached to a luer lock syringe and applied to the skin with a sterile glove. Conclusion: the new protocol proved to be effective as an auxiliary treatment in the physiological degenerative aging process and in photoaging revealed by the result of the satisfaction questionnaire, applied to patients after treatment, as well as by the comparative photos of before and after treatment, demonstrating a favorable response in the quality of the skin in relation to the firmness and density, softness, hydration, vitality, elasticity, ridges, lines, texture and color.
