Service Design and Family Farming: Mapping the commercialization process of a cooperative in Santa Catarina

Resumo: | The objective of this article was to map the product marketing process of a Family Farming cooperative through Service Design tools. The research was applied, with a qualitative approach, exploratory-descriptive objective and the procedures were divided into two phases: (i) bibliographic research, through narrative review; (ii) case study divided into three stages - identify, survey and map. Using the tools persona, user journey and blueprint, it was respectively possible to: (i) define the target audience; (ii) have a macro view of the service, highlighting the points of customer-cooperative interaction; (iii) identify three points of weakness located ahead of the line of visibility and related to the visit scale, the staff and the ordering system. This research contributed to demonstrate the importance of prioritizing the user when analyzing the service provided and to reflect on the strategic role of mapping Family Farming processes. |

La investigación fue aplicada, con enfoque cualitativo, objetivo exploratorio-descriptivo y los procedimientos se dividieron en dos fases: (i) investigación bibliográfica, a través de revisión narrativa; (ii) estudio de caso dividido en tres etapas: identificar, encuestar y mapear. Utilizando las herramientas persona, user journey y blueprint, fue posible, respectivamente: (i) definir el público objetivo; (ii) tener una visión macro del servicio, destacando los puntos de interacción cliente-cooperativa; (iii) identificar tres puntos de debilidad ubicados por delante de la línea de visibilidad y relacionados con el horario de visitas, el personal y el sistema de pedidos. Esta investigación contribuyó a demostrar la importancia de priorizar al usuario al momento de analizar el servicio prestado y reflexionar sobre el rol estratégico del mapeo de procesos de la Agricultura Familiar.Objetivo deste artigo foi mapear o processo de recepção de produtos de uma cooperativa da Agricultura Familiar por meio de ferramentas do Design de Serviço. A pesquisa foi aplicada, com abordagem qualitativa, objetivo exploratório-descritivo e os procedimentos se dividiram em duas fases: (i) pesquisa bibliográfica, por meio de revisão narrativa; (ii) estudo de caso dividido em três etapas - identificar, levantar e mapear. Usando as ferramentas persona , jornada do usuário e blueprint , foi respectivamente possível: (i) definir o público-alvo; (ii) ter uma visão macro do serviço, evidenciando os pontos de interação cliente-cooperativa;(iii) identificar três pontos de passageiros localizados à frente da linha de visibilidade e relacionados à escala de visita, ao quadro de funcionário e ao sistema de pedido.
