Intelligence in materials: Challenges of the design and of the sustainable innovation

Resumo: A discussion in an attempt to correlate the human and their materials evolution associating them with the evolution of the design is open. A simplified view seeks to understand how human thought can be directed to the research and the choice of the materials and transformation processes to provide the smart choices in the creation of products. Classic concepts on this subject were recalled and the interaction between these with the people, who create and those who use, were discussed using the concepts of quantum mechanics aimed at the search of practical, symbolic and mainly aesthetic products functions.

Numa visão simpli cada busca-se entender como o pensamento humano pode ser direcionado à pesquisa da escolha dos materiais e processos de transformação para a escolha inteligente dos materiais na criação de produtos.
