Resumo: This text presents a theoretical-empirical discussion on the dynamics of publicization and social mobilization engendered by implementing agents in the fight against child and adolescent sexual exploitation in the city of Itaobim, Minas Gerais. Therefore, it is anchored in the theories of street-level bureaucracy (LIPSKY, 2010) and the social mobilizations (HENRIQUES, 2017A, 2017B). From an empirical point of view, it analyzes the mobilization and publicization actions carried out by the agents in question, through documentary research, in-depth interviews with bureaucrats and other actors, in addition to systematic observations of situations of public appearance of these agents.

Por lo tanto, está anclado en las teorías de la burocracia callejera (LIPSKY, 2010) y la movilización social (HENRIQUES, 2017A, 2017B). Desde un punto de vista empírico, analiza las acciones de movilización y publicidad llevadas a cabo por los agentes en cuestión, a través de la investigación documental, entrevistas en profundidad con burócratas y otros actores, además de observaciones sistemáticas de situaciones de aparición pública de estos agentes.O presente texto apresenta uma discussão teórico-empírica sobre as dinâmicas de publicização e mobilização social engendradas por agentes implementadores no enfrentamento à exploração sexual infantojuvenil na cidade de Itaobim, Minas Gerais.
