Hospitality and Management for Stakeholders: a qualitative analysis of contributions to corporate events

Resumo: Companies have the opportunity to strengthen ties with their consumers by providing experiences that demonstrate relationships between the different stakeholders that participate in the process. In the context of corporate events, some experiences can be measured through the provision of services that involve corporate mobility. Within this approach, the general objective is to understand the qualification of hospitality for corporate eventcompanies. Specific objectives are also sought: 1) listingthe main services of corporate mobility in the perception of companies at corporate events; 2) listingthe main stakeholders of corporate events. Based on the presented objectives, this study is qualitative and exploratory, carried out through a semi-structured interview script with content analysis proposed by Bardin (1977) using an Atlas TI tool. The application of an interview script was carried out by six specialists in thesegment of corporate events, results pointed to the knowledge of the term “Hospitality”by all and its association with well-being, thinking about details and managing an experience. The results provided support to assertthe prepositions adopted for thismoment of the research (P1 -Hospitality influences the host-guest relationship, being relevant for corporate event companies and P2 -Hospitality positively influences management for stakeholders in corporate mobility).

En el contexto de eventos corporativos, algunas experiencias se pueden medir por la prestación de servicios que involucran movilidad corporativa. Dentro de este enfoque, el objetivo general es comprender la calificación de la hostelería para empresas de eventos corporativos. También se buscan objetivos específicos: 1) relacionar los principales servicios de movilidad corporativa en la percepción de las empresas en los eventos corporativos; 2) enumerar los principales stakeholders de los eventos corporativos. Con base en los objetivos, este estudio es cualitativo y exploratorio, realizado a través de un guión de entrevista semiestructurado con análisis de contenido propuesto por Bardin (1977) utilizando a herramienta Atlas TI. La aplicación de un guión de entrevista fue realizada por seis especialistas en el segmento de eventos corporativos, los resultados apuntaban al conocimiento del término Hospitalidad por todos y una asociación con el bienestar, pensando en los detalles y gestionando una experiencia. Los resultados dieron soporte para afirmar cómo las preposiciones adoptadas para este momento de la investigación (P1 -Hospitality influye en la relación anfi-trión-huésped, siendo relevante para las empresas de eventos corporativos y P2 -Hospitality influye positivamente en la gestión para los stakeholders en movilidad corporativa).As empresas têm a oportunidade de fortalecer os laços com seus consumidores ao prover experiências que demonstrem relações existentes entre os diferentes stakeholders que participam do processo. No contexto dos eventos corporativos, algumas experiências podem ser mensuradas por meio da prestação de serviços que envolve a mobilidade corporativa. Dentro dessa abordagem o objetivo geral é compreender qual a relevância da hospitalidade paraas empresas de eventos corporativos. Busca-se ainda como objetivos específicos: 1) elencar quais são os principais serviços da mobilidade corporativa na percepção das empresas de eventos corpora-tivos; 2) enumerar os principais stakeholders dos eventos corporativos. Fundamentada nos objetivos estabelecidos, este estudo é qualitativo de caráter exploratório, realizado por meio de um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturadas com análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin (1977) usando a ferramenta Atlas TI. A aplicação do roteiro de entrevista se deu em seis especialistas do segmento de eventos corporativos, cujos resultados apontaram para o conhecimento do termo Hospitalidade por todos e a associa com o bem-estar, pensar nos detalhes e gerir a experiência.
