A EDUCAÇÃO TEOLÓGICA NO BRASIL: NOVOS DESAFIOS NA ERA DA EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA

Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar os novos desafios que a educação teológica tem no ensino a distância, especialmente em cursos online. Para isso, inicia-se com uma análise da inserção da teologia como área de estudo, reconhecida no âmbito da educação superior formal. Em seguida, reflete-se sobre a necessidade de se repensar as abordagens metodológicas da educação teológica devido aos novos desafios pedagógicos advindos com a expansão da educação a distância. Trata-se de pesquisa bibliográfica, cujo embasamento teórico advém de documentos reguladores, como as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para o curso de graduação em teologia (BRASIL, 2016a) e de estudos sobre as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (KENSKI, 2012) e as metodologias ativas (BACICH; MORAN, 2018). Este trabalho conclui que é essencial que as metodologias educacionais, utilizadas em cursos teológicos a distância, sejam repensadas.Palavras-chaves: Teologia. Educação Teológica. To do so, the study starts analyzing the place of the theology study as a knowledge area in the National Graduate System. Then, this work reflects on the need to rethink the methodological approaches of theological education, due to new pedagogical challenges arising from the expansion of distance education. This is bibliographical research, basement at regulatory documents, as the National Curriculum Guidelines for theological graduate (BRASIL, 2016a) and studies about digital information and communication technologies (DICT) (KENSKI, 2012) and active methodologies (BACICH; MORAN, 2018). This paper concludes that is essential to rethink the pedagogical methodologies used at theological distance courses.Keywords: Theology. Theological Education. Distance Education. Metodologias Ativas.
