(Auto)biographies of a polyvalent teacher: narratives of life, work and education

Resumo: | This work aims to investigate how the trajectory of academic and professional life constitutes the gaze of a teacher. It has as corpus of analysis an (auto)biographical report of a teacher graduated in Pedagogy from the following question: today, with all the knowledge through studies and the experience lived as a student and as a teacher, what would you apply to your students and how would you advise them to do differently based on your experiences and knowledge? In the analysis, we paid attention to the search for evidence of the fragments reported in accordance with the objective and the guiding question. The question raised and the proposed objective allow us to infer that (trans)forming education is not the education that is based on the success or failure of the students, but on the educational process that is in progress: the one that involves the contradictions of knowing or not knowing, doing, and learning. |

Este trabajo pretende Investigar cómo la trayectoria de la vida académica y profesional constituye la mirada de un profesor. Tiene como corpus de análisis un informe (auto)biográfico de una profesora graduado en Pedagogía a partir de la siguiente pregunta: hoy, con todo el conocimiento a través de los estudios y la experiencia vivida como estudiante y como profesora¿ qué aplicarías a tus alumnos y cómo les aconsejarías hacer de forma diferente a partir de tus experiencias y conocimientos? En el análisis, hemos prestado atención a la búsqueda de evidencias de los fragmentos relatados de acuerdo con el objetivo y la pregunta orientadora. La pregunta planteada y el objetivo propuesto permiten inferir que la educación (trans)formadora no es la que se basa en el éxito o el fracaso de los alumnos, sino en el proceso educativo que está en marcha: el que implica las contradicciones del saber o no saber, del hacer y del aprender. Este trabalho tem por objetivo investigar como a trajetória de vida acadêmica e profissional constitui os olhares de uma professora. Tem como corpus de análise um relato (auto)biográfico de uma professora (polivalente) formada em Pedagogia a partir da seguinte pergunta: “hoje, com todo conhecimento através dos estudos e da experiência vivida como estudante e como professora, o que você aplicaria para seus alunos e alunas e como os aconselharia fazer diferente baseado nas suas experiências e conhecimento?”. Nas análises, atentou-se para a busca pelos indícios dos fragmentos relatados em acordo com o objetivo elencado e a questão norteadora. A questão levantada e o objetivo proposto permitem inferir que a educação (trans)formadora não é a educação que se baliza pelo sucesso ou fracasso dos educandos, mas pelo processo educativo que está em curso: o que envolve as contradições do saber ou não, do fazer e do aprender.
