Resumo: The evaluation of learning, in its widest sense, is directed to the identification, the analysis and the comprehension of the steps passed through, or not, by the students in their learning, resulting in the elaboration of value judgements regarding the student. As well as this, the application of varied instruments/ procedures/techniques of evaluation is made possible and a pedagogic analysis of student performance during carrying them out (NEIAE, 2000). In this sense, the School of Physical Education of the Army (EsEFEx) uses systematics in relation to the process of evaluation, making use of various instruments, coherent with the modernization of the process of teaching-learning. For this the EsEFEx has a document entitled Internal Norms for Evaluation of Learning (INEL), which synthesizes all current legislation, derived from the Law of Teaching in the Army and those existing in the civil area.
