Approaching in Detachment: an Integration Event in Remote Reality

Resumo: | . In 2020, the arrival of a new management to Cecierj Foundation brought to light an issue that had long been troubling its employees: the lack of internal communication. Despite having over 20 years of existence and being responsible for numerous distance education and scientific education projects, the lack of internal communication was affecting the progress of the institution's daily operations. To begin addressing this problem, the First Integration Week of Cecierj Foundation was organized in August 2020. From this past event, the present study addresses the institutional mobilization to hold its first virtual integration event, even with all the restrictions imposed by the coronavirus pandemic. Aiming to share good practices for events in virtual environments, this experience report will describe how the work team was assembled, its performance in the organization of the event, the choice of methodology and digital tools for the debates to take place, as well as the internal communication strategy used in the meeting. Digital Tools.Em 2020, a chegada de uma nova gestão à Fundação Cecierj colocou em evidência uma questão que há muito incomodava seus servidores: a falta de comunicação interna. Apesar da instituição contar com mais de 20 anos de existência e de ser responsável por inúmeros projetos de educação a distância e educação científica, a falta de comunicação interna afetava o andamento das ações em seu dia a dia. Para começar a resolver esse problema, a I Semana de Integração da Fundação Cecierj foi organizada em agosto de 2020. A partir disso, o presente trabalho aborda a mobilização institucional para realizar seu primeiro evento virtual de integração, mesmo com todas as restrições impostas pela pandemia causada pelo coronavírus. Com o objetivo de compartilhar de boas práticas para eventos em ambientes virtuais, este relato de experiência retratará como foi feita a montagem da equipe de trabalho e sua atuação na organização do evento, a escolha da metodologia e das ferramentas digitais para que os debates acontecessem, bem como a estratégia de comunicação interna utilizada no encontro.
