Levels of Satisfactions of Distance Education Students in a Presential Support Pole from the Northwest Region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul

Resumo:  The research sought to identify the most valued benefits and the degree of satisfaction of students at a classroom support center at a distance learning institution. A survey using questionaires was applied to a sample of 218 students. The analysis has as theoretical precepts the study of Consumer Behavior and the Institutional Theory of Organizations. It is concluded that the students interviewed are “satisfied” and “very satisfied” with the benefits perceived in the products and services of the personal support pole of the researched HEI, expressing that they are very satisfied with the attendance of secretary; cleaning and organization and scheduling of face-to-face tests at the pole. However, students also showed degrees of dissatisfaction with the waiting time for work presentations; tables, chairs and lighting and delivery with didactic material. Therefore, research of this nature is fundamental to institutionalize some requirements in EaD and in face-to-face support centers.   Keywords: Distance learning. Face-to-face support pole. Students. Satisfaction levelsA pesquisa procurou identificar os benefícios mais valorizados e o grau de satisfação dos estudantes de um polo de apoio presencial de uma instituição de ensino à distância. Um survey utilizando questionário foi aplicado em uma amostra de 218 estudantes. A análise possui como preceitos teóricos o estudo do Comportamento do Consumidor e a Teoria Institucional das Organizações. Conclui-se que os estudantes entrevistados estão “satisfeitos” e “muito satisfeitos” com os benefícios percebidos nos produtos e serviços do polo de apoio presencial da IES pesquisada, expressando estarem muito satisfeitos com o atendimento da secretaria; limpeza e organização, e agendamento de provas presenciais no polo. Todavia os estudantes também demonstraram graus de insatisfação com o tempo de espera para apresentações de trabalhos, mesas, cadeiras, iluminação, e a entrega do material didático. Sendo assim, pesquisas dessa natureza são fundamentais para institucionalização de alguns requisitos no EaD e nos polos de apoio presencial.   Palavras-chave: Ensino à distância.
