Learning More Platform: Public, Free, Inclusive, Accessible and Quality Education: Educación Pública, Gratuita, Inclusiva, Accesible y de Calidad

Resumo: | The implementation and maintenance of MOOC platforms in the Federal EPCT Network faces several challenges, such as: necessary technological infrastructure, availability of specialized human resources, courses certification and data generation for registration in the National Information System of Professional and Technological Education (Sistec). The objective of this research is to present development records of massive courses platform exclusive offer from Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education (RFEPCT). This qualitative research, of exploratory nature, uses mixed methods such as bibliographical research, documental research and case study. As object of study, Learning More Platform, of Brazilian Secretariat of Professional and Technological Education (Setec/MEC) is observed since its conception in 2021, until present. Although courses offer is restricted to Federal EPCT Network, enrollment in courses in Learning Platform is open to all, emphasizing the purpose of public, free, inclusive, accessible and quality education. Results obtained on inclusion with more than one million enrollments on Learning More Platform are presented in the final considerations. Keywords: MOOC. Professional and technological education. Learning More Platform.La implementación y mantenimiento de plataformas MOOC en la Red EPCT Federal enfrenta varios desafíos, tales como: la infraestructura tecnológica necesaria, la disponibilidad de recursos humanos especializados, la certificación de los cursos ofrecidos y la generación de datos para el registro en el Sistema Nacional de Información de la Educación Profesional y Tecnológica (Sistec). El objetivo de esta investigación es presentar los antecedentes sobre el desarrollo de una plataforma de cursos masivos para la oferta exclusiva de la Red Federal de Educación Profesional, Científica y Tecnológica (RFEPCT). Esta investigación cualitativa, de carácter exploratorio, utiliza métodos mixtos como la investigación bibliográfica, la investigación documental y el estudio de casos. Como objeto de estudio se observa la Plataforma Saber Más, de la Secretaría de Educación Profesional y Tecnológica (Setec/MEC) desde su concepción en 2021, hasta la actualidad. Si bien la oferta de cursos está restringida a la Red EPCT Federal, la inscripción a los cursos a través de la Plataforma Saber Más está abierta a todos, enfatizando el propósito de una educación pública, gratuita, inclusiva, accesible y de calidad.A implementação e manutenção de plataformas de MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) na Rede Federal de EPCT enfrenta diversos desafios, tais como: a infraestrutura tecnológica necessária, a disponibilidade de recursos humanos especializados, a certificação dos cursos oferecidos e a geração de dados para registro no Sistema Nacional de Informações da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (Sistec). O objetivo desta pesquisa é apresentar os registros de desenvolvimento da plataforma de cursos massivos de oferta exclusiva da Rede Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica (RFEPCT). Esta pesquisa qualitativa, de natureza exploratória, utiliza-se de métodos mistos, como a pesquisa bibliográfica, a pesquisa documental e o estudo de caso. Como objeto de estudo, a Plataforma Aprenda Mais, da Secretaria de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (Setec/MEC), é observada desde a sua concepção, em 2021, até os dias atuais. Embora a oferta de cursos seja restrita à Rede Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica (EPCT), a inscrição nos cursos pela Plataforma Aprenda Mais está aberta a todos, ressaltando o propósito da educação pública, gratuita, inclusiva, acessível e de qualidade. Os resultados obtidos sobre inclusão com as mais de um milhão de matrículas na Plataforma Aprenda Mais são apresentados nas considerações finais. Palavras-chave: MOOC.
