Resumo: This article aims to point out the rescue of Law and Politics in international relations and the need to improve the United Nations System regarding the universal protection of human rights, under Kantian inspiration. In this way, the conception of the United Nations Organization and its organs is approached, adopting the deductive method, through bibliographical and documental research, which verifies the presence of possible legal responses that were not used by foreign policy makers around the globe, affecting the effectiveness of the system. That is, it intends to demonstrate that the current structure of the United Nations still lacks effective mechanisms that make the universalization of human rights possible.
